ICOSSE '15 will be held at the Anna Grand Hotel in Balatonfüred, Hungary.

Be sure to mention ICOSSE '15 when you make your reservation to receive the conference rate of 65 EUR ($70) for single occupancy or 80 EUR ($90) for a double occupancy room. Availability may be limited, so book in advance.
Getting there
The town of Balatonfüred is located on the north shore of Lake Balaton, and is accessible by rail, bus, car, or ferry. Foreign travelers flying into Budapest can reach Balatonfüred by train, car, or bus. Those flying into Vienna will typically need to reach Budapest first, unless going by car.
By Train
Trains run from the Budapest Déli Railway Terminal (Déli Pályaudvar) to Balatonfüred about 5-6 times a day, departing every 2-3 hours. A taxi to the railway terminal from the airport costs 8-9000 Ft (30 EUR) and takes 30-60 minutes; it can also be reached by public transport. The railway ticket costs 2500-3000 Ft (10 EUR) and the trip takes 2-3 hours.
The train and bus station in Balatonfüred is a 15 minute walk from the hotel on Horvath Mihaly street (Horvath Mihaly utca).

By Bus
Direct buses run from Budapest (Népliget is the central bus station) to Balatonfüred several times a day. The trip takes 2-3 hours. The bus station in Budapest is also accessible by taxi or public transport. The train and bus station in Balatonfured is a 15 minute walk from the hotel on Horvath Mihaly street (Horvath Mihaly utca).

Shared Shuttle
Airport shuttle transfer options from the Anna Grand Hotel to the Budapest Airport are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
To reserve shuttle:
1. Pre-pay the shuttle on-line: $60 One Way. Payments will not be accepted by the driver. Passengers who previously purchased the Round Trip option skip this step.
2. Send your departure information to Lucy Alexander (lucya@aiche.org) no later than Wednesday, May 27. This information will be given to the shuttle driver. Include the following information:

About Balatonfüred
The currency in Hungary is the Hungarian Forint, though Euros are sometimes accepted in Balatonfüred, as it is a tourist destination. Credit cards are not always accepted.
